³äïîâ³äíî äî ñòàòò³ 28 Çàêîíó Óêðà¿íè "Ïðî ïèòíó âîäó, ïèòíå âîäîïîñòà÷àííÿ òà âîäîâ³äâåäåííÿ", ï³äïóíêòó 14 ïóíêòó 4 Ïîëîæåííÿ ïðî ̳í³ñòåðñòâî îõîðîíè çäîðîâ'ÿ Óêðà¿íè, çàòâåðäæåíîãî ïîñòàíîâîþ Êàá³íåòó ̳í³ñòð³â Óêðà¿íè â³ä 25 áåðåçíÿ 2015 ðîêó N 267 (â ðåäàêö³¿ ïîñòàíîâè Êàá³íåòó ̳í³ñòð³â Óêðà¿íè â³ä 24 ñ³÷íÿ 2020 ðîêó N 90),

ÍÀÊÀÇÓÞ:

1. Çàòâåðäèòè Çì³íè äî äîäàòêà 2 äî Äåðæàâíèõ ñàí³òàðíèõ íîðì òà ïðàâèë "ó㳺í³÷í³ âèìîãè äî âîäè ïèòíî¿, ïðèçíà÷åíî¿ äëÿ ñïîæèâàííÿ ëþäèíîþ", çàòâåðäæåíèõ íàêàçîì ̳í³ñòåðñòâà îõîðîíè çäîðîâ'ÿ Óêðà¿íè â³ä 12 òðàâíÿ 2010 ðîêó N 400, çàðåºñòðîâàíèõ ó ̳í³ñòåðñòâ³ þñòèö³¿ Óêðà¿íè 01 ëèïíÿ 2010 ðîêó çà N 452/17747, ùî äîäàþòüñÿ.

2. Âñòàíîâèòè, ùî ïóíêò 1 Çì³í, çàòâåðäæåíèõ öèì íàêàçîì, 䳺 äî 31 áåðåçíÿ 2022 ðîêó.

3. Äèðåêòîðàòó ãðîìàäñüêîãî çäîðîâ'ÿ òà ïðîô³ëàêòèêè çàõâîðþâàíîñò³ (Äàíèëåíêî Î. Ì.) çàáåçïå÷èòè ïîäàííÿ öüîãî íàêàçó â óñòàíîâëåíîìó çàêîíîäàâñòâîì ïîðÿäêó íà äåðæàâíó ðåºñòðàö³þ äî ̳í³ñòåðñòâà þñòèö³¿ Óêðà¿íè.

4. Êîíòðîëü çà âèêîíàííÿì öüîãî íàêàçó ïîêëàñòè íà çàñòóïíèêà ̳í³ñòðà îõîðîíè çäîðîâ'ÿ Óêðà¿íè - ãîëîâíîãî äåðæàâíîãî ñàí³òàðíîãî ë³êàðÿ Óêðà¿íè Êóç³íà ². Â.

5. Öåé íàêàç íàáèðຠ÷èííîñò³ ç äíÿ éîãî îô³ö³éíîãî îïóáë³êóâàííÿ, êð³ì ïóíêòó 2 Çì³í, çàòâåðäæåíèõ öèì íàêàçîì, ÿêèé íàáèðຠ÷èííîñò³ ç 01 êâ³òíÿ 2022 ðîêó.
